My journey has taken me from the bustling streets of my homeland-Philippines to the diverse and dynamic United States of America. I embarked on this life-changing adventure at the age of 19, carrying with me a passion for food and hospitality that was nurtured in the loving embrace of my family. At the heart of my culinary inspiration is my beloved father, affectionately known as "Dadge" to his children, relatives, and close friends. Dadge is a true foodie, and his infectious love for all things delicious led him on a global culinary exploration. His kitchen became a canvas, where he artfully recreated dishes from around the world, sharing his discoveries and creations with those lucky enough to gather around his table. My mother, equally enamored with the art of cooking and entertaining, added her own unique flair to our family's culinary heritage. She honed her skills by taking catering classes and later worked as a chef for diplomats, both in Saudi Arabia and here in the U.S. Her experiences in catering and gastronomy helped shape my own culinary path, infusing in me a deep appreciation for flavors, presentation, and the joy of hosting unforgettable gatherings.
